A Bit About Us
Rooted in Farming
With a small farm 40 years ago, have since expanded into a restaurant with our own brewery. We raised our own lifestock and grew our own produce for the restuarant at Kim's Farm Resort. We've since continued to commit to quality and continue to serve authentic Korean cuisine.
Wild-Caught Fresh-Water Eels:
A Seasonal Delicacy
With only one of two commercial catching licenses in New York state, we catch them from the Neversink River. Using traditional Korean techniques, we clean them with natural pine leaves and grill them fresh.
An Authentic Taste of Korea:
Home-brewed Makgeolli
We brew our Makgeolli in small batches right here in the restaurant, following a generations-old recipe. Our unfiltered and unpasturized "saeng" makgeolli contains millions of live cultures good for gut health.
